Spit

Does anyone remember a few weeks ago when I has having a pretty bad day and a guy almost spat on me as I was walking to work?

Well.....

Yesterday a girl spat on me. Not accidentally. Totally on purpose.

I had just arrived at my building in Washington Heights and was heading to the front door of the building when I noticed a girl on the front stoop. She couldn't have been more than 10 or 11 and she was straight up bawling. Her mom was nearby asking the girl to get up and come to front door but the girl refused, she just kept crying and crying. I noticed then that girl may have had some sort of a mental disorder or something; her mom seemed used to the situation and knew that the girl would eventually get up and come to her. Paul was with me at the time and to be courteous I told him to hold the front door open for the mother and daughter while I called the elevator.

As soon as I pressed the elevator button the girl begrudgingly made her way into the building, wailing the whole time. Paul kept a bit of a safe distance away from the girl since she had started to pound her mother angrily. I, for some strange reason, decided to stay put by the elevator as it made its way down. The girl was having an absolute fit at this point.....and that's when it happened. There was a sudden break in the screaming, and then I heard her spit. It sprayed all over my left side.

The mother, fortunately, had not noticed. I turned to the girl as it trickeled down my arm. She looked absolutely ferocious. She then turned away from me and continued her crying. I decided not to say anything, instead I walked to Paul and mouthed the words, "She just spat on me."

I'm pretty sure he laughed.

The elevator arrived and the mother and daughter got on. I decided to take the stairs.

Anyway! I guess it is pretty funny.

And absolutely gross.

Bye!

P.S.: Ew.
